That depends what your goals are, what level you are currently at, and where you would like to get to. Our friendly team can help you select the right course or course path for you.
What skills do I need to start?
Our courses will take you from beginner to advanced level in your chosen subject.
When and where do the courses run?
We have courses running all the time, when we discuss your needs, we will find you the course times that suit your schedule. All of our courses are run from our training centre at 32 Fitzwilliam Street Upper, Dublin 2.
When do I need to book and pay?
Booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the course start date. For our single courses payment must be made in advance. If you are booking a Master Diploma, that consists of multiple courses, you can spread the payments across the duration of your course.
Can I see your facilities before I book?
Yes. You are more than welcome to pop into us. We can give you a guided tour of the training centre. Some people like to come in to talk to us before booking a course, we sit down with you and make sure you’re choosing the right course for you.
Do you offer work placement?
We are always looking for new talent to join our team.
Do you offer training for Groups?
Yes we do. We offer competitive rates whether your group is coming to our centre, or whether you want one of trainers to train your team at your premises. Please ask our team about group rates.
Courses
What are the courses like?
Our courses are delivered by expert tutors in our training centre. You will be in a group with of 6 to 12 other people who have similar goals to you.
How much time does it take to complete the courses?
This depends on the course you choose, and whether you choose to complete is during the day or at evening sessions. Our friendly team will help you find the right course for you.
Can I print off the course notes?
Many of our courses are also available online. If you select a classroom course that is also an online course, you will receive access to the online content for 3 months. All other classroom courses come with notes for you to take home.
How often do you update the content?
We update all of our courses whenever a feature within an application is updated. This ensures our courses are always giving you the most up-to-date learning experience
Who accredits your examinations?
Our courses are accredited by the CPD Certification Service. We also prepare you for a number of different forms of accreditation.
- Once you have completed a course we will provide you with a Certificate of Completion. This indicates that you have completed the course and the assessment attached with the course.
- We prepare you to sit industry exams, please see our Certification section for more information.
- We prepare you for the IACT Master Diploma certification in each area. This is highest level accreditation available. This is a credit based certification which requires completion of a number of courses, online assessments and a project submission.
How quickly do I get my accreditation?
- Certificates of completion are issued once you have completed the associated course and any associated online tests. These are issued immediately.
- Microsoft examinations must be booked in advance – from Certiport or you local test centre.
How do you know it’s me that has taken an online exam with your online courses?
- In the same way that Universities ask their Online students to agree to an Honour Code, we do the same. When you sign up to take the exam, you are signing up to our Honour Code, stating that it is you that has competed the exam.
Payment
How much does the course cost?
Courses vary in prices, please give us a call or drop us a line and we can discuss pricing and options with you

Is payment on your site secure?
Yes. Payments are 100% secured with SSL. Secure payments are powered by Stripe, used by millions of businesses around the globe.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Bank Transfers. If you are booking from a company, we will issue you with an invoice and this can be paid via BACS or Company cheque.
Can I buy the course for someone else?
Yes.
Can we invoice your company?
Yes, this is often required. When you speak with one of our team, they will arrange this for you.
Do you accept government funding?
Yes, we work closely with various government departments. Please chat to one of our team and we can discuss the best options.
Technical
What do I need to watch the online notes for my course?
An internet connection and a device to connect to it. You can complete the course on any computer, tablet or Smartphone. For the best experience we recommend learning on a larger screen device – like a laptop of tablet.
Can I watch the course from more than one computer?
Yes. You can log in from anywhere you like from any device. You progress is stored in our system, not on your computer.
Do I need any special software to watch the course?
No. The courses can be followed using free software that most computers and tablets will have had installed during the course of everyday internet usage
What internet speed do I need to watch the course?
For smooth viewing of the videos, you’ll need an internet download speed of 2Mb  – almost all homes have internet of at least this speed.
Can I watch the course on a tablet or iPad?
Yes.
Can I watch the course on my smartphone?
Yes. However we recommend that you take the assessments on a larger screen, like a laptop or tablet.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. You contact our Tech Support team via your Account page or the Contact Us page on the website.
Data Security
What information do I need to provide?
To purchase the course we need your name, email and credit card number
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. An encrypted SSL connection requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus providing a high degree of confidentiality. Confidentiality is important for both parties to any private transaction. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering–that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit.
Do you do anything with my data I should know about?
We only use your data to verify that it’s you completing the course. We never send or share any of your data with any 3rd parties.
If there is an enhancement to a course, we may email you to let you know – but that’s it.
Attendance
Do you have parking facilities?
There is limited on street parking on Upper Fitzwilliam Street. The pay and display option is €2.90 per hour. The nearest car park is Setanta Car Park, just off Dawson Street. From there it’s a 10 minute walk to our centre.
Do I need to bring anything with me for my course?
No. We provide all materials.
What time does my course start?
All courses start at 9.30am. Please aim to arrive between 9am and 9.15am
Can I reschedule a course?
Yes, as long as we have 10 days notice. Please contact us by phone to rearrange a date.
